Parma Creek Nature Reserve, established in January 2001, spans 3,565 hectares in New South Wales' South Coast region. The reserve features diverse ecosystems, including tall forests, woodlands, rainforests, heathlands, and rocky escarpments. It is home to three threatened plant species and six threatened animal species, such as the heath frog. Visitors can explore trails like the Hell Hole Trail, leading to plunge pools and a small waterfall, and the Hell Hole Loop, a 12.6 km moderate hike. The reserve also contains several recorded Aboriginal sites and two 1940s charcoal burning sites.
