Nestled in the heart of the Blue Mountains, the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah offers a stunning backdrop for photographers. Spanning 28 hectares at 1,000 meters above sea level, it showcases a diverse collection of cool-climate plants from around the world. The garden features themed areas such as the Rock Garden, home to southern hemisphere plants like waratahs and proteas, and the Brunet Meadow, renowned for its daffodils and jonquils in mid-August. Visitors can also explore the Lady Nancy Fairfax Walk through ancient rainforest, the cascading waterfall known as The Cascade, and the Wedding Tree Terrace, offering panoramic views of the Blue Mountains. Open daily from 9 am to 5 pm, the garden provides a tranquil setting for capturing the beauty of nature.
