Hi guys, I’m an 18 year old doing a gap year and I’ve worked at the Junction Hotel in Newport for 4 months pouring beers and waiting tables, the Attik Nightclub on Chapel for 1 month making cocktails and basic spirits and Altona McDonald’s for 1 year and a half where I learnt great training skills for hospitality. I’m eager to learn more about hospitality and I feel like I have the skills to go far in this industry so I’d love more work opportunities!
