Shellharbour Civic Centre

The Shellharbour Civic Centre, completed in January 2018, serves as the community's vibrant hub, offering a 350-seat auditorium, a 2,000m² civic square with green spaces and a water feature, and a 2,000m² city library housing over 40,000 books. The centre also features a museum, meeting rooms, council administration offices, and a café. Designed with a wave-like roof, it reflects the coastal setting and incorporates sustainable features, achieving a 5-star Green Star rating. The centre's Yirran muru playspace offers an educational journey through local Aboriginal culture.
