Their Ocean Trout and Atlantic Salmon are renowned for their delicate flavors, achieved by smoking with seasonal woods. Visitors can sample these delicacies at the Woodbridge Taste House, open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Saturdays from 12 pm to 4 pm. For those unable to visit, products are available online and at select fine food establishments across Australia and Asia.
