The well-stocked bar serves innovative cocktails and a selection of imported and locally sourced wines. Chef-owner Chris Fabri draws inspiration from his extensive travels, showcasing regional produce alongside imported items to authentically represent the cuisine. The venue accommodates up to 100 guests for functions and offers external catering for up to 200 through Viand Fare Catering. Open daily from 11:30 am until late, The Milbri is closed on Wednesdays.
