Chef Marinos' culinary journey began after completing four years of culinary school, leading him to work in various hotel restaurants. His introduction to Japanese cuisine sparked a deep passion for sushi, prompting him to further his expertise by working in two sushi restaurants. In 2016, he opened his first takeaway sushi restaurant in Limassol, Cyprus. After six successful years, Chef Marinos relocated to Sydney in December 2021 to establish Temaki Sydney, focusing on providing exceptional sushi catering services for private events.
