
Nestled in the heart of Mungalli Creek Dairy's biodynamic farm, the Farmhouse Café offers a rustic and cozy atmosphere in the original farmhouse where the Watson brothers grew up. Guests can enjoy meals crafted from the farm's own biodynamic dairy products and locally sourced organic produce. The café's veranda overlooks the Johnston River Gorge and World Heritage-listed rainforest, with Mt Bartle Frere, Queensland's highest mountain, providing a stunning backdrop. The café is licensed BYO, allowing visitors to bring their own wine to enjoy in the garden. The production area adjoins the café, and strategically placed viewing windows offer a glimpse into the creative process behind the farm's products. Open daily from 10 am to 4 pm, the café also serves fresh scones, cheesecakes, and ice cream for morning and afternoon tea.
