Jacican - Cooking school and Food Studio

Jacican, located in Mirboo North, Gippsland, offers hands-on cooking classes and five-course lunches in its kitchen garden. Guests can participate in preserving classes, learning to make chutneys, sauces, jams, and cordials from produce harvested on-site. Pastry classes teach the art of creating puff, lard, sweet shortcrust, and rough puff pastries from scratch. The "Walk Amongst the Weeds" experience allows visitors to explore the garden and enjoy a meal prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Private classes are available for groups of four or more, tailored to individual schedules.
