Operated by husband-and-wife team Tim Coleman and Rhianne Contreras, the café offers a delightful selection of breakfast items, freshly made salads, and made-to-order deli-style sandwiches. Their sandwiches feature freshly baked focaccia loaded with deli meats, cheeses, pickles, and vegetables. Guests can enjoy their meals on-site or opt for takeaway. The café also serves coffee from Byron-based Beam roasters, along with wine and beer. Open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3 pm, with extended hours on Thursday and Friday evenings from 5 pm to 8 pm, Bertie's provides a welcoming atmosphere for both daytime and evening patrons.
