Signature dishes include Spaghetti Allo Scoglio, Polpette Al Sugo, and the must-try 'Gnocchi Cacio Pepe E Tartufo'—homemade potato gnocchi with forest mushrooms, truffle, and cream, served in a wheel of pecorino.
